Hey There!

I’m Keonna Farmer — born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama — an athlete turned leader, mentor, and woman of purpose.

My journey started on the basketball court, but it was never just about the game. From an early age, I learned that success isn’t measured by points or medals,  it’s measured by impact.

Over the years, I’ve broken records, made history, and built programs that continue to shape communities. But what I’m most proud of is how I’ve turned every win, every loss, and every lesson into something that helps others rise. My drive runs deep, it’s rooted in the morals, values, and purpose-driven work ethic my late mother, Kelly Farmer, instilled in me. Her influence is the foundation behind everything I do — the reason I lead, create, and show others that discipline and faith will always open doors.

Most people say you get the money, power, and respect — in that order. For me, it was the other way around.

I earned respect through service and hard work, helping others make money and gain opportunities. I gained power through consistency, purpose, and serving in decision-making roles such as Athletic Director. Today, I create money for myself—while continuing to help others do the same.

From the basketball court, to business, to the community, I’ve learned that your greatest wins come from what you give, not what you get.
 

And that’s exactly what drives everything I do today.
